Back Office Officer

WISE WOLVES GROUP, a unique financial boutique, is looking for a new wolf to join our extraordinary team. Our people are our strength and the guarantee of our wellbeing future. For our brokerage business, we are seeking to recruit Back Office Officer

YOU WILL HELP US WITH:

• Handling necessary records, clients’ post-trade processing and settlement of securities, derivatives, REPO and FX trades; clients’ non-trade orders; dealing on own accounts trades
• Performing accurate data entry, record-keeping, and documentation
• Preparation of daily and monthly reconciliations reports of assets between brokers, custodians and banks and internal system, communication with them
• Updating and controlling the relevancy of information in internal systems
• Timely submission of all necessary daily reporting required by the respective authorities (TREM, EMIR, SFTR etc.) as well as preparation of management and clients’ reports
• Maintenance of corporate actions events (income, voting, etc.)
• Escalation of issues to management upon necessity, i.e. operational risks, lessons learnt and proposed actions
• Managing data entry, documentation, and record-keeping process

YOU WILL BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• University degree in Finance or any other related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in brokerage/a small bank
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Multitasking, quick learning skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong commitment to accuracy and quality
• Language proficiency in English is a must
• Solid computer literacy is required

YOU WILL HAVE AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE:

• Knowledge of financial instruments such securities, derivatives, and FX trades
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and reporting requirements
• CYSEC certificate
• Experience at working with 1C
