Business Analyst

WISE WOLVES GROUP is assembling a top-tier team of professionals for our expanding business, established to provide Asset Management and Custody services for Digital Assets in Cyprus and Switzerland.

Our new role is Business Analyst. The role involves gathering and managing requirements for the Custody, ensuring compliance with market demands and regulatory framework.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop both business and technical requirements for Digital Asset Custody, with a focus on technology and architecture.
• Leverage expertise in key information storage systems and procedures (PKI infrastructure) for approving financial transactions.
• Utilize experience with web3 applications and digital asset wallets to guide requirement development.
• Research and incorporate regulatory requirements, with particular attention to MiCA regulations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, IT development, and AML/Regulatory compliance.
• Communicate business needs and project updates to management.
• Stay updated on cryptocurrency industry/market trends, competitor activities, and suggest process improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees/certifications preferred.
• Proven experience in business analysis for the development and operation of financial systems.
• Understanding of the principles for developing information systems that comply with regulatory and security requirements.
• Experience with web3 applications and digital asset wallets.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, especially MiCA.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and risk management frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effectively communicating business needs and project updates to management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clearly articulate technical and business requirements.
