Business Development Manager, Switzerland
Wise Wolves Capital Group’s NEW affiliated company, SWISSZEIT AG, established to provide Discretionary Asset Management services involving various types of payment tokens, is building a team of professionals.
We are looking for Business Development Manager to join our new team and contribute to the overall development of the new venture. It plays a crucial role in promoting and selling our range of corporate, financial, and payment products and services to potential clients.
The successful candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of the industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
- Create and implement sales strategies that promote the growth and expansion of our products and services of business units: digital assets (crypto), classical brokerage, corporate service provider, trust management and payment institution.
- Proactively seek out and identify potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals and attending industry events.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and objectives and recommend suitable financial products and services to meet their needs.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of our financial products and services to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services in the marketplace.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as directors of business units and marketing, to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the continuous improvement of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales activities, and pipeline management using our CRM system.
- Research, initiate, and execute plans to develop partnerships with agents and potential partners.
- Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met.
- Regularly attend industry conferences and events to network with potential clients and stay updates on market trends.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience of working to targets and KPI’s is essential – as a Business Development Manager, your results will be measured against agreed objectives and targets.
- A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience of working in a business development / sales role, experience within regulated environment is a strong added value.
- General knowledge of AML requirements for onboarding clients.
- A proactive, professional approach and the ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
- Working proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Ideally, established network of professionals within the industry.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Team player with a high level of business acumen
