Chief Financial Officer
The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations across the group’s global businesses.
This includes financial planning, reporting, risk management, compliance, and strategic financial leadership.
The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking financial executive with extensive experience managing complex, multinational finance functions in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Drive the financial strategy of the organization in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Partner with senior executives across all business units to provide financial insight and support.
- Contribute to global expansion strategies and mergers & acquisitions evaluations.
Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements and reports across multiple geographies and business units.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory regulations.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Lead internal and external audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction.
Treasury & Capital Management
- Oversee cash flow, funding strategies, and capital allocation across global operations.
- Manage banking relationships and investor communications where relevant.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global finance team.
- Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and financial excellence.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in a financial services environment.
- Mandatory advanced knowledge of excel and programs for visualization of reporting such as tableau.
- Demonstrated experience managing multinational finance functions and cross-border regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, taxation, capital markets, and enterprise risk management.
