Head of Fundraising
We are a private charitable foundation in Cyprus providing children with medical assistance in the EU, Switzerland and others.
The foundation brings together all those who care and are willing to support lifesaving efforts.
Now we are looking for a Head of Fundraising who will take the role with all heart and passion as there is no anybody who does it otherwise in our team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop a growth strategy focused on the UK, Europe, and Russia
- Maintain and develop relationships of trust and appreciation with existing donors
- Initiate and build rewarding communication with prospective donors with further outcome
- Build long-term relationships with corporate partners (small and medium-sized business)
- Organize and fully support special events and programs with the help of the existing team
- Promote TFF through various marketing and media campaigns
- Provide valid and transparent feedback to the owners
WHAT YOU HAVE
- Proven working experience in a senior role
- Solid knowledge of charity specific
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- A real passion for work
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent English
- BSc/BA
