Portfolio Manager

Specifically, we are seeking to recruit Portfolio Manager, for our Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF), Wise Wolves Finance Ltd, regulated by CySEC, under license no. 337/17.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day portfolio activities and devising strategic plans for each project phase.
• Coordinating the planning and initiation of portfolios across different stages of completion, ensuring compliance with CySEC regulations. Implementing risk management strategies to mitigate losses and minimize portfolio drawdowns, adhering to CySEC guidelines.
• Developing and enforcing rules and procedures for portfolio decision-making in line with CySEC standards.
• Conducting comprehensive analysis of economic reports relevant to portfolio management within the framework of CySEC regulations.
• Identifying opportunities for financial process enhancements and ensuring compliance with CySEC requirements.
• Monitoring portfolio progress, budgets, and schedules while ensuring adherence to CySEC guidelines.
• Researching and presenting investment strategies in accordance with CySEC regulations and guidelines.
• Utilizing metrics and data visualization techniques to report portfolio performance effectively and support decision-making at both team and organizational levels, meeting CySEC reporting standards.
• Generating reports on investment performance and activities, ensuring compliance with CySEC reporting requirements.
• Evaluating sales methods, costs, and outcomes within the scope of CySEC regulations.
• Facilitating project reviews and checkpoint meetings in alignment with CySEC guidelines.
• Analyzing key performance indicators to produce reports on portfolio and project performance in compliance with CySEC regulations.
• Escalating issues that pose risks to portfolio and project success, adhering to CySEC reporting protocols.
• Offering investment advice and guidance to clients in accordance with CySEC regulations and guidelines.
• Communicating with clients regarding their accounts, market conditions, and economic trends while adhering to CySEC communication guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• CySEC Advanced Certificate is mandatory.
• Additional CySEC certifications (AML Compliance Officer, Risk Management) are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in portfolio management, preferably within a regulated investment firm or brokerage.
• Familiarity with financial instruments, derivatives, and structured products.
• Deep understanding of CySEC regulations, MiFID II guidelines.
• High ethical standards and strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (compliance, legal, IT).
• Fluent in English language.
